Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan has been serving as director of Ghani Value Glass Limited since its acquisition in 2008. He is serving as the Chairman of the board of the Company. His career spans over 30 years of corporate and industrial achievements. His vision led him to successfully establish and maintain the distinctive identification of Ghani Group. With the most dynamic & versatile attribute and diversified experience of various sectors of economy Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan is a consummate entrepreneur. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Glass Limited, Chairman of Ghani Group Services (Pvt.) Limited, director of Ghani Fiberglass (Pvt) Limited and President of Ghani Foundation Trust. In recognition of his outstanding and successful track record in the manufacturing industry of Pakistan, the Honorable Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan bestowed him the award of "Best Businessman of the Year" for twice. Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan has been awarded top 100 tax payers' award from Government of Pakistan in 2014. Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan has been very actively engaged in some major philanthropic activities. He strongly believes in investing for the cause of promoting education, poverty alleviation and improving medical services for needy.

Mr. Anwaar Ahmad Khan is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of the Company since 2008. Mr. Khan has more than 30 years' experience of Glass, Mining, Textile and Automobile sectors. Additionally, he is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Glass Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Group Services (Pvt.) Limited. He is also a Board member of Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Taameraat (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Chromite Mines (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Fuberglass (Pvt) Limited and trustee of Ghani Foundation Trust. He is also a member of the Human Resource & Remuneration (HR & R) Committee of Ghani Glass Limited. Mr. Anwaar Ahmed khan was honored with top 100 taxpayer's award from the government of Pakistan in 2014.

Being a successful industrialist, Mr. Aftab has a diversified experience of more than 30 years of Glass, Mining, Textile and Automobile sectors. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Automobile Industries Limited & Ghani Taameraat (Pvt) Limited and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Glass Limited and Director of Ghani Group Services (Pvt.) Limited, Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Chromite Mines (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Fiberglass (Pvt) Limited and trustee of Ghani Foundation Trust. Mr. Obaid Ghani has been serving as a member of the Board of Ghani Value Glass Limited since 2008. He has an ample experience of Glass Manufacturing Operations. He has served as Chief Operating Officers (COO) in different companies of Ghani Group. Mr. Obaid is also Chairman of Ghani Automobile Industries Limited, member of the Board of Ghani Fiberglass (Pvt.) Limited and Ahmad Brothers Materials (Pvt.) Limited.

Besides, he holds directorship of Ghani Glass Limited, Ghani Automobile Industries Limited, Ghani Fiberglass (Pvt) Limited and Ghani Foundation Trust. Mr. Jubair is also a member of the Audit Committee and HR & R Committees of the Company In 2014 Mr. Jubair Ghani became the certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
